Terms of membership

These terms cover your membership of Starlight Perks, the rewards club run alongside our game rooms. By using the member app you agree to them.
Who can join
Membership is open to adults aged 18 or over. One membership per person. We may ask for a photo to confirm an account belongs to the person using it, and we may decline or close a membership at our discretion.
Reward points, entries and prizes
Reward points, stamps, draw tickets and other member rewards are promotional items with no cash value on their own. They are earned and used inside our member games and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged between members.
Reward points expire on the 15th and 30th of each month, and the app shows the date clearly before it happens. Prize draws are run at the times announced in the app and on our channels.
Bonuses
Bonuses offered from time to time carry their own conditions, which are shown with the bonus before you take it. Unless stated otherwise, a bonus requires a minimum of three times the amount loaded, including the bonus, before winnings are withdrawn; otherwise the bonus amount is deducted.
Fair use
Memberships used to abuse promotions — including multiple accounts, false details or sharing accounts — may have rewards removed and the membership closed.
Changes
We may update these terms and our reward rules. Material changes are announced in the app or on our channels.
