We keep this short and plain. We only collect what we need to run your membership, and we do not sell it.
What we hold
- Your name and your game usernames.
- Your activity in our member games: loads, rewards, points and prize entries.
- Your chat with our team, including any photos, files or voice notes you send.
- Your email address, if you sign in with Google.
- A photo you send us when we need to confirm that an account belongs to you.
How we use it
To run your membership and rewards, to answer you in chat, to keep our promotions fair, and to keep records we are required to keep. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Who can see it
Our staff. Your chat is private between you and our team — other members never see it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to close your membership and delete what we are not required to keep. Just message us in the app.
Security
Your data sits on our own server, reached over an encrypted connection. Sign-in uses a private code, and staff accounts have their own logins and an audit record.
